These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and ace219 governing your use of the platform, its games, promotions, and all related services. Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) Player Account on ace219 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts, forfeiture of any associated balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, a valid mobile number registered under your name, and a valid email address you control. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ace219 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Player Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ace219 in writing of unauthorised access.
A Player Account is considered dormant if no real-money login activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ace219 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ₱100 per calendar month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following prior written notice to the Player's registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without notice.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended), ace219 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any real-money deposit or withdrawal.
Acceptable primary KYC documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys Card, valid Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office, SSS or GSIS card with photograph, and PRC Professional ID. Expired documents will not be accepted.
ace219 reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, including proof of source of funds, utility bills for address verification, or a selfie photograph holding the submitted ID, at any time and without prior notice. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
You agree to use the ace219 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not use the platform in any manner that:
ace219 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be transferred to the Real-Money Balance or withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.
Not all games on ace219 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games including baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Table games and specialty games vary. The exact contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account without compensation.
ace219 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player or group of players has exploited bonus mechanics, engaged in low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, or has created multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. Such conduct may also result in permanent account closure.
All financial transactions on ace219 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). ace219 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are credited within the standard interbank processing window, typically within 30 minutes during banking hours. ace219 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the KYC documents on file. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed in under five minutes on average. Bank withdrawals are processed within one to three banking days. ace219 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.
In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, ace219 is required to report transactions that trigger applicable thresholds to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). By depositing and withdrawing on the platform, you consent to ace219 fulfilling these statutory reporting obligations.
ace219 maintains daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits at the account level. Players may request a limit increase subject to enhanced KYC review. Responsible gaming deposit limits set voluntarily by the player take precedence and cannot be increased immediately — a minimum cooling-off period applies before an upward adjustment takes effect.
All casino games hosted on ace219 operate under individually published game rules available in the game information panel before play begins. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.
All random number generator (RNG) games are independently certified for statistical fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certification records are available on request. Live dealer games are conducted under PAGCOR-approved dealing procedures with ongoing stream monitoring. ace219 makes no warranty that any individual player will achieve any particular outcome or return.
In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnection, or server failure — all affected wagers will be void and stakes returned to the player's Real-Money Balance. ace219 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

All intellectual property rights in the ace219 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to ace219. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any of the foregoing.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without ace219's express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace219's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of your Real-Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
ace219 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ace219 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ace219 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Planned and unplanned maintenance outages may occur. ace219 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.
ace219 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ace219 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
ace219 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and law enforcement authorities where required by Philippine law.
You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting the ace219 support team via live chat. Any Real-Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Balances.
ace219 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where:
In cases of account closure for breach or prohibited activity, ace219 reserves the right to withhold the Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Players may dispute this decision through the complaints process described in Section 16.
ace219 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email to the registered address and/or via a notice posted on the platform's login page, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any complaint regarding ace219's services should first be submitted to the support team via live chat or email. ace219 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Complex complaints may require up to 21 business days to resolve.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ace219's internal process, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Welfare and Complaints division. PAGCOR's contact details are available on the official PAGCOR website at pagcor.ph.
Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the processes above.
